The Protocol.

Please read our policies carefully before booking. These ensure a consistently luxurious and efficient experience for everyone.

Booking Policy

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost.

Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details and location instructions.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in deposit forfeiture.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp. The deposit is strictly non-refundable for all cancellations.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the immediate loss of your deposit and may affect your future booking privileges with the studio.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the scope of the service to fit the remaining time slot, ensuring subsequent clients are not delayed.

Hygiene & Hair Prep

Clean Hair

Please arrive with freshly washed, fully dried, and completely detangled hair. This ensures the best possible results and allows us to start styling immediately without friction.

Hair Prep Service

If you’re unable to prep your hair prior to arrival, we offer a professional Hair Wash & Prep add-on service for £20. Please ensure you book this in advance to allocate proper timing.

Scalp Conditions

Please discreetly inform us of any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment so we can curate our products and techniques to accommodate your needs.

Tools & Sanitation

Your health is paramount. All our tools, chairs, and equipment are thoroughly and medically sanitized between each client to ensure a pristine and safe environment.

Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £30.

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available exclusively from our Somerset location. Orders are typically prepared and ready for collection within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Products

Unopened and untampered products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must remain in their original packaging.

Hair Attachments

For strict hygiene and sanitation reasons, opened hair attachments cannot be returned under any circumstances unless deemed faulty by our team.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or visibly damaged item, please contact our concierge within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Booking Deposits

As stated in the Booking Policy, the £15 booking deposit compensates for reserved time and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
